Shipping & Handling We ship all orders within [2-3] business days from Hudson, Ohio.

Risk of Loss: Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS/UPS), Shepherd’s Maiden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For high-value items, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance at checkout.

How Local Pickup Works

I love meeting fellow vintage lovers! If you are in the Hudson, Ohio area, you can skip the shipping fees by selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout.

• Payment: All items must be paid for via the website before a meetup is scheduled. This ensures the item is reserved just for you!

• Scheduling: Once your order is placed, I will reach out via email or text within 24 hours to coordinate a day and time that works for both of us.

• Location: For safety and convenience, all meetups take place at a public, well-lit location (such as the Costco parking lot).

• Timeline: I ask that all local pickups be completed within 7 days of purchase. If you need more time, just let me know!

A Note on Vintage Items: Since these "Gems" are one-of-a-kind, please inspect your item at the time of pickup. Once the hand-off is complete, all sales are final.
